The Data-Collector is in charge to intercept raw reports sent from one or several functionnal nodes of an ESB ([EASYESB|easyesb:EASYESB Overview] or [PEtALS-DSB|petalsdsb:PetalsDSB Overview]). Then, its job is to analyse these reports and send them to [easierbsm:SLA-Manager] service if exist on the same EasierBSM node and/or to the corresponding non-functionnal WSDM Endpoints contained in the [easierbsm:WSDM-Monitoring] component
