{prerequisites}

1) Download the [lastest release of EasierGOV|easiergov:Binaries] and install it:
- On windows, click on installer
- On linux, run: *java \-jar EasierGOV-installer-OS-VERSION.jar*

2) Go to bin directory of project home (or click on shortcut on windows):
- On windows, start: *./startup.bat*
- On linux, start: *./startup.sh* (think to give write acces on this file: *chmod a+x startup.sh*)

If all is ok, you can see the following console:

As you can see, EasierGOV contained by default several services:

* *[USDL Service|easiergov:Services API]* described at http://_host_:_port_/services/usdlServiceManager?wsdl
* *[Event Service|easiergov:Event API]* described at http://_host_:_port_/services/eventManager?wsdl
