MINUTES

• Linagora thinks there is a good chance the online demo will be ready for the review in April. It won't be ready for the 4th plenary meeting in March.
• The offline demo should be ready. What is left to be done is the display of the output (keywords and summary) to the users in Hubl.in
• In case Linagora's part of the online demo is not ready in time, LIX will use its demo which emulates real-time from a transcription. But in that case, LIX will need transcriptions in French (can be provided by Linagora). Making the changes required for French will take some time, so the decision will be made during the plenary meeting in March.
• If the online demo is ready, it will be integrated with the offline one (just one demo for the 2 systems).
• LIX has asked Linagora to push its part of the code to bitbucket so that some testing can be done
• deliverable  EC 2.1. is the most critical one. It will need to feature detailed descriptions of the systems (speech-to-text, offline, online), functionalities, interfaces, APIs, use case scenario, screenshots etc. (LIX + Linagora)
• the agenda for the review has not been released yet, but for SP5, the allocated time will be approx. 1 hour (slides + demos)
• the demo will involve 2 participants (using their laptops, one inside the room, one outside). It will be critical to come up with a dialogue that allows the systems to generate good summaries. Also, the two participants will probably only talk for a few minutes at most, so there won't probably be enough text to generate a very long summary? Maybe we should also have a back-up plan with a full transcription as input?
