Use and warnings

1. Always put a {composition-setup}{composition-setup} in the page above any {deck} macros to get correct rendering.
2. Use a tabbed deck to get in one page information all related to one subject, but from different points of view. (ex for a product: download, documentation, features, etc...)
3. You can use it to make a slideshow of contents (options: effectType=fade)
4. Beware of always having a unique id/label for each {deck} and {card}.
5. WARNING: the decks may not render while in preview mode. In that case, you'll have to save it to check correct rendering.
