Introduce new LINAGORA people working on WP5 to the LIX team. Discuss 3rd year deliverables.

MINUTES

• Yohan Houpert (new on WP5) took over the work of Tom. The WP5 functionalities will be offered by a bot, 'Hublot', which connects to a conf call as a participant, gets the audio stream and analyzes it with speech-to-text, sends the transcriptions to LIX's real-time and offline microservices, gets the recommendations from LIX's real-time microservice and displays them in a non-intrusive way in the chat, and at the end of the meeting sends the full transcriptions to LIX's offline microservice (and probably gets the summary produced by LIX's offline microservice and stores it in some database).

• Samy Ben Hamich worked over the Summer and Fall on the kaldi->hublin pipeline, the UI, and the scalability of hublin

• Guillaume Dugue (new on WP5) took over the work of Samy, described above

• Ayman Khouaji works on the integration with the openpaas platform. He thus participates to all the WPs whenever needed

• Sonia and Abdel (LINAGORA) work respectively on the discourse analysis and speech-to-text

• Polykarpos and Guokan (LIX, LIX/LINAGORA) work respectively on the real-time and offline systems. Polykarpos is also in charge of the APIs for both systems

• the key step #3 has mainly to do with WP5: at least 5 users in hublin and scalability of hublin

• bi-monthly conf calls have to be scheduled with all the team. Doodle at first, then next date and time to be decided at the end of the conf call

• another barcamp than the one organized with XWiki will have to be scheduled, with Linagora, to prepare the review for the third year. One of the topics for that new barcamp could be to change the API of the real-time system to https (currently, Linagora uses a https proxy to circumvent the issue)
