MINUTES
PLENARY/REVIEW/THIRD YEAR DELIVERABLES
for the review, 'etape cle' is about scalability of Hublin (part of WP5) and there is also a dedicated WP5 part (which should be 'etape cle' ++)
scalability of Hublin might not be finished for the plenary but will be for the review
support for French in the new version of the offline summarizer might not be finished for the plenary but will be for the review
after the barcamp and before the review, the new versions of the real-time and offline systems will have to be integrated with the new APIs developed during the barcamp
the two deliverables due at T0 + 36 (protototype + description) are the most recent versions of the offline and real-time systems
speech-to-text model for French improvements will be shown during plenary. For the next year focus will be on improving acoustic model with deep learning and language model with higher order n-grams and more specific data (e.g., words like Linagora, LinTo). Also, use of master/slave architecture to support multiple concurrent users (one instance of the speech-to-text engine per user)
BARCAMP
API of the real-time system: what is problematic is the stomp part on the client's side, not the web socket on the server's side. Also, we should change the API to support https. These two changes should be finished/implemented after the barcamp, and so, of course, for the review
